Dietary Restrictions & Food Allergies

Although many of my blends contain sodium, please feel free to order custom-made salt-free versions, by requesting a CUSTOM ORDER.


If you or anyone you are gifting my products to have any food allergies, please note that my products are produced on equipment shared with milk, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, chickpeas, fenugreek, soy, and wheat. Custom orders are welcome but if the allergy is severe, please consider other options.


Return Policy

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.


But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. My goal is to earn your 5 STAR positive review. If there is ever a problem with your order, please give me a chance to MAKE IT RIGHT. Contact me immediately via the "Contact Us" section to reach an amicable resolution.

"PROCESSING TIME": My regular processing time is currently 4-6 business days (this does not include weekend days or holidays). 4-6 business days is the time it will take to produce your product and does not include shipping time. Large holiday orders may require more processing time, which will be updated accordingly.  

"SHIPPING TIME": Please see the descriptions below (under "Shipping Methods") for suggested ways to have your package sent to you. You will choose your shipping method upon checkout. 


"MULTIPLE ITEMS SHIPPED TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES": If you are making a purchase of multiple items and wish to send them to two or more separate addresses, please request a custom order.  


"PRIORITY SHIPPING": Choosing Priority shipping upon checkout does not mean Allspice Emporium expedites the processing time of your items; it is a mode of transport offered by the United States Post Office.  


"SHIPPING RATES FOR GLASS & MYLAR PACKAGING": International (and domestic) customers please note that estimated shipping rates are based on kraft box packaging weighing less than 8 ounces. Glass jars filled with product can weigh up to 8.25 ounces per single jar. Ordering several jars is a welcome option, but will require payment of additional shipping fees. The same applies when ordering products packaged in 4 and 8-ounce mylar bags.  


"MISSING DELIVERED PACKAGES": If your package states it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and make an inquiry. I cannot refund or resend items that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS. (See: The "Lost Package Help" section for detailed information)  


"MARKED AS A GIFT": Selecting this option upon checkout means that I will not include an invoice in the package (we do not include invoices in any packages). It does not mean that I gift wrap your purchase.  


"RECEIPT REQUIRED?" To cut down on environmental waste, I do not include receipts in any of my packages. If you require a receipt, you may print a copy any time from your email.

WHICH METHOD OF SHIPPING SHOULD I CHOOSE? 


This simple guide may help in making your decision upon checkout.  


US CUSTOMERS:  


Domestic Customers: Please provide your correct mailing address during checkout, VERIFIED by the US Postal Service. Once your package is delivered, and the U.S./Local Postal Services verify the successful completion of such service, I am not responsible for misplacement. Shipping and handling fees cover postage, packaging materials, and transport to the post office.  


FIRST CLASS SHIPPING: Scheduled to arrive 2-5 days after scheduled product processing time. The delivery date is dependent on the shipping locale from Texas. ** PLEASE NOTE: ** First Class shipping does not include insurance. In the event your package is lost or damaged, you will be unable to file a claim with the USPS to recoup the money from the price of the product and/or shipping. 

 
PRIORITY SHIPPING: (Highly Recommended) Your package can arrive 1-3 days after Allspice Emporium's scheduled product processing time (not guaranteed by USPS). The delivery date is dependent on the shipping locale from Texas. Priority shipping includes insurance up to $50 (you may request to purchase additional insurance before your package is sent and if your order's purchase total is over $50) Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express also includes free online tracking.  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 

 
PLEASE NOTE! The USPS no longer returns undeliverable international mail. If your package is undeliverable, you will lose your purchase and shipping costs, so please make sure your mailing address is 100% correct and you are able to receive packages from the USA.  


Items "marked as a gift" on your Allspice Emporium order will not contain an Allspice Emporium invoice, but will still mean that the recipient may have to pay for receiving the items in customs since the items will not be gifts directly from Allspice Emporium.  


FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Scheduled to arrive 10 days to 3 weeks after product processing time, depending on your location from the United States and customs. Items sent First Class International do not include insurance and there is no recourse if, for some reason, your package becomes lost or damaged.

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SHIPPING: (Highly recommended)  


CANADA, AUSTRALIA, SWEDEN, NORWAY, FRANCE, BELGIUM, GERMANY: Scheduled to arrive 6-10 business days after processing time, depending on your location from the US and customs. International priority shipping includes tracking but it does *NOT* include insurance. Insurance may be purchased by sending me a "convo" before placing your order. I will bill you via Paypal before processing your order. This method of shipping is highly recommended. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, I will file a claim for you, and there is a chance you will be able to recover your purchase price.

GREAT BRITAIN & NORTHERN IRELAND: Scheduled to arrive 6-10 business days after processing time, depending on your location from the US and customs. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL(PMEI): (Highly recommended) Your order will be sent from Allspice Emporium within 2 business days of product purchase with this shipping method. Package scheduled to arrive 3-5 days after shipping. Includes up to $200 for loss or damage and money-back guarantee to select destinations.

LOST PACKAGE (United States): If your package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, there are a few options you can try that may help you locate your package:  


✿ Call your local post office to make sure they are not holding the package for you.  


✿ Ask your neighbors. Once in awhile the postman may accidentally deliver your package to a neighbor.  


✿ Check your back door or porch. Sometimes the postman may leave a package in the back of the home to prevent theft.  


✿ If you live in an apartment complex and share a large mailroom with other tenants, check your “postal locker.”

 Postal lockers are large locked boxes at the bottom of (or near) the mailboxes. The postman should leave a key for you to unlock your postal locker when you receive a package. If they do not, contact your local post office immediately.  


✿ If you live in an apartment building or other dwelling with security, a superintendent, etc. who may accept packages from your postal carrier, please request signature confirmation.

Please have your tracking number ready to give to customer service. You may file a claim if you purchased Priority or Priority Mail Express postage. You cannot file a claim for first-class postage.

If these methods do not work, please let me know so I can file a claim for you (only the sender of US packages can file the claim), but please note, I can only file a claim if you purchased Priority Mail Express International (PMEI).  


First Class International postage does not offer a way to file with the USPS in case of a delivery problem. If your package is lost or delayed, there probably isn't anything you can do to recoup your monies.

Additional Policies and FAQs

RELAYING INFORMATION AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED: If you forget to update your address or to add information at the end of your purchase (i.e. you need to change the address where the package will be sent), you may leave a message via the "Contact Us" section, and I will do my very best to fulfill your request!  


✿ I do not recommend packages be left outside, as they are food products, so please ask your postal carrier about your local package pick up options.  


✿ If an item is returned to me marked "undeliverable," I will notify the original buyer and ask if they would like to resend the item(s) (US customers only). However, additional shipping charges to mail the item(s) again will be the responsibility of the original buyer. Allspice Emporium will not be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, undeliverable items, unclaimed items, etc.

  
✿ I ship primarily USPS because I support local postal employees. The USPS is a valuable independent establishment of the executive branch of the Government of the United States and is more cost effective than the privately-owned corporations UPS and FedEx, especially if your items are being shipped to a residential address.  


✿ If you receive a coupon code from Allspice Emporium and forget to use it, please do not request to use it after your purchase. Instead, use it NEXT TIME.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

You can locate the “Ship By” date either in your shopping cart before checkout or, after checkout, you can find the "Ship By" date on the receipt you received for your purchase. I normally ship items ahead of schedule, so you may receive your item earlier than expected. If you are in need of your package by a SPECIFIC DATE, please leave a message via "Contact Us" before placing your order so I can do my best to accommodate your request.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number can be found on the receipt sent to you after your order has been sent. Please allow 24 hours after the initial shipping receipt to view your tracking information online. You may also go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number where it says, "Track A Package."

DO YOU SELL PRODUCTS WHOLESALE?

At this time, Allspice Emporium does not sell products wholesale.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXPEDITED ORDERS?

Allspice Emporium gladly accepts expedited order requests, but upon shipment, will not be held responsible in the event of a delay by the U.S. Postal Service. Please take this into consideration and plan accordingly.
